PYLLOE separates owner, professional and buyer information by role and uses it only for the property workflow the person chooses.
Owner information
Property facts, files, maintenance notes, selling goals, permissions, service requests and the account used to manage the private Property Passport.
Professional information
Workspace identity, property changes, imports, owner permissions, buyer-response activity and audit records for authorised actions.
Buyer information
A live property coordinate can be seen without registration. Opening its complete passport collects the buyer’s name, mobile number, consent time, access status and last access time. Questions are recorded only when deliberately sent.
Why we use it
To provide the selected property workflow, protect private material, attribute changes, support genuine enquiries and show owners useful progress.
Marketing choice
Property access does not add you to a general marketing list. Any broader property updates or marketing subscription requires a separate choice.
Who can see it
Only people authorised for that property and role, plus authorised PYLLOE administrators. Buyer details are not shown to other buyers, and private buyer notes stay on the buyer’s device unless deliberately sent.
Security signals
PYLLOE uses one-way device and contact hashes, rate limits and automated form checks to reduce bulk access. Raw network addresses are not stored in the access-attempt record; short-lived records are purged during subsequent access activity after the seven-day window.
How long we keep it
Private access expires after 45 days. Registration information is retained only while it is reasonably needed for the campaign, consent records or applicable legal obligations.
Your choices
You can ask to access, correct or delete your registration details, or ask the agent to revoke your link.
